Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

This policy applies to GigRank, powered by DevNexus Prime, and is part of our Terms of Service.
1) Nature of service
GigRank is a digital SaaS product delivered immediately after account activation and plan purchase. Because service access and compute resources are provisioned immediately, there is no physical return process.
2) Cancellation policy
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges only and does not reverse charges already processed for the current billing period, except where refund is required by applicable law.
3) Returns policy
Since GigRank is a non-tangible digital service, we do not accept returns of subscription periods, partial usage, consumed analysis credits, or delivered outputs.
4) Refund policy
- Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, including for partial use, non-use, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or change of business needs.
- We do not refund due to marketplace ranking changes, account actions by third-party platforms, or lack of client/job outcomes.
- If a duplicate charge, clear billing error, or unauthorized charge is verified by us, we may issue a full or partial refund in our sole discretion.
- Where mandatory consumer law applies, we honor rights that cannot be waived by contract.
5) Chargebacks and disputes
Before filing a card dispute, contact support so we can review and resolve billing issues quickly. If a chargeback is filed for a valid charge, we may suspend or limit account access while the dispute is pending and may recover related processor fees to the extent permitted by law.
6) Currency and receipts
Plan pricing may be displayed in one currency while your card issuer settles in another. FX conversion rates, cross-border fees, and bank fees are set by your bank or card network and are outside our control. Your receipt email reflects the payment processor's reported charged amount and currency.
