GigRank is a product powered and operated by DevNexus Prime. This statement works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1) Platform ownership
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all rights, title, and interest in GigRank and related technology are owned by DevNexus Prime and its licensors. This includes software code, user interface design, workflows, prompts, scoring logic, databases, branding assets, and documentation.
2) Trademarks and brand usage
“GigRank” and “DevNexus Prime” names, logos, and visual marks are proprietary brand assets. No license is granted to use our trademarks for commercial or confusing use without prior written permission.
3) Your content ownership
You keep ownership of profile text, portfolio details, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and analyze that content solely to operate, secure, and improve GigRank in line with our Terms and Privacy Policy.
4) Output usage rights
Subject to these Terms and your paid/free plan limits, you may use AI-generated outputs produced for your account for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, white-label, redistribute at scale, or use outputs to build a competing service based on GigRank functionality.
5) Third-party marks and services
References to Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and other third-party brands are for descriptive purposes only. All third-party trademarks remain property of their respective owners. GigRank is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.
6) Reporting IP concerns
If you believe any content on GigRank infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us through the contact page with sufficient details to identify the material and your rights claim.
